IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENJAMINAN MUTU INTERNAL PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI DALAM MENGHADAPI PERSAINGAN GLOBAL

The purpose of this research is to describe and find objective evidence the implementation a quality assurance system in Faculty Education serve as scientific findings brainstorming for other faculties. This quantitative descriptive study conducted, informants consisted dean, deputy SKM, GKM Team UPI Bandung Education. Research data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation studies. qualitative analysis procedure was carried out three stages, reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions verification. results show that FIP has policy used reference/guideline carrying internal activities with reference university policies. PPEPP model implementing assurance. Quality must every wants exist era global competition, seeks ensure existing meets or even exceeds standard continuous improvement can be made. Awareness commitment still needs built by academic community.
